Our Story

Our story began 7 years ago when we dreamed of opening a Greek restaurant with a vision to bring a new dimension of eatery to the area and elevate traditional Greek cuisine.

The opening of Kostas Grill has been our dream come true. Born and growing up in Greece, Gus' food experiences were local, fresh and seasonal ingredients combined with home style, rustic recipes. He brought that love of fresh food to his new home in the United States more than 30 years ago.
